1. General These terms regulate the purchase of products through this website. By placing an order, the consumer agrees to these terms.

2. Prices The selling price indicated on the website is final and includes all taxes provided by law. Information regarding delivery and other possible additional costs is clearly indicated during the checkout process, prior to payment confirmation.

3. Order Cancellation by the Consumer

  • Before fulfillment: Before the order is dispatched, the consumer can cancel it — contact us at contact@libogroup.ge or +995 511 10 79 92. If the amount has already been paid, it will be fully refunded.

  • 14-day right of withdrawal: After receiving the goods, the consumer enjoys the unconditional right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days (see Return Policy).

  • Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to hygiene products with broken hermetic seals, in accordance with the rules established by law (see Return Policy).

  • The company's internal rules cannot override a right granted by law.

4. Order Acceptance by the Merchant The merchant reserves the right to refuse to fulfill an order (e.g., in the event of stock depletion or a technical error). In such cases, if payment has already been made, the amount will be fully and promptly refunded to the consumer using the same payment method.

5. Delivery Delivery times and conditions are described in the Delivery Policy. The courier company is a party used by the merchant, and the merchant is liable to the consumer for issues related to delivery.

6. Modification of Terms The merchant has the right to change these terms. The modification:

  • Will not apply to orders already placed prior to the change;

  • Will not limit the consumer's already established rights;

  • In the event of a material change, the consumer will be notified appropriately in advance.

These terms do not limit the consumer's rights provided by the legislation of Georgia.
