1. What Data We Process For the purpose of fulfilling orders and providing services, we process: first and last name, delivery address, phone number and e-mail, and order history. Payment data: Card payments are processed directly by the bank/authorized payment provider. The Company does not receive or store the full card number, CVV, passwords, or security questions — the Company has no access to them.

2. Purpose and Basis of Processing We process data only to the extent necessary and proportionate to the purpose: fulfilling orders, fulfilling obligations assumed by contract, and fulfilling obligations imposed by law. The basis — performance of a contract, legal obligation, or user consent.

3. Direct Marketing We will send you marketing messages (e-mail, SMS) only on the basis of your prior, separately expressed consent. This consent:

  • Is expressed separately and independently — it is not combined with consent to the terms of service or order fulfillment;

  • Can be easily withdrawn free of charge at any time — via the link provided in each message or by emailing contact@libogroup.ge;

  • Following withdrawal, marketing messages will cease in the shortest possible time. Consent and its withdrawal are recorded.

4. Data Recipients Data may be transferred to specific recipients, only to the extent strictly necessary: to courier/transport companies (for delivery), payment providers/banks (for payment), IT/hosting service providers (for website functionality), as well as to authorized state bodies in cases prescribed by law.

5. International Data Transfer Individual services (e.g., hosting) may be located outside of Georgia. Such transfers are carried out in accordance with Article 37 of the Law of Georgia "On Personal Data Protection" — with an appropriate legal basis and adequate data protection guarantees. Upon request, we will provide you with information regarding the recipient, the purpose and basis of the transfer, and the guarantees.

6. Retention Period

  • Order and accounting data: Stored for the period prescribed by law (usually 6 years).

  • Account and contact data: Stored during the period of account activity and for a reasonable period thereafter.

  • Marketing consent data: Stored until the consent is withdrawn or during its validity period. Upon expiration of the retention period, data is deleted or anonymized.
