1. General
These terms regulate the purchase of products through this website. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms.
2. Prices
The selling price indicated on the website is final and includes all taxes stipulated by law. Information regarding delivery and other possible additional costs is clearly stated when placing an order, before payment confirmation.
3. Order Cancellation by Customer
- Before Fulfillment: Before an order is shipped, the customer can cancel it — contact us at contact@libogroup.ge or +995 511 10 79 92. If payment has already been made, it will be fully refunded.
- 14-Day Right of Withdrawal: After receiving the goods, the customer has an unconditional right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days (see Return Policy).
- Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to hygienic products with broken seals, as stipulated by law (see Return Policy).
The company's internal rules cannot supersede rights granted by law.
4. Order Acceptance by Merchant
The merchant reserves the right to refuse to fulfill an order (e.g., in case of stock depletion or technical error). In such cases, if payment has already been made, the amount will be fully and promptly refunded to the customer via the same payment method.
5. Delivery
Delivery times and conditions are described in the Delivery Policy. The courier company is a person used by the merchant, and the merchant is responsible to the customer for delivery-related issues.
6. Changes to Terms
The merchant has the right to change these terms. Changes:
- Will not apply to orders already placed before the change;
- Will not restrict the customer's existing rights;
- In case of significant changes, the customer will be notified in advance and appropriately.
These terms do not restrict the customer's rights provided for by Georgian legislation.
