1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of order confirmation.
2. Delivery Times
- In Tbilisi: 2-3 business days after order processing.
- In regions (outside Tbilisi): Up to 3-4 business days after processing, depending on the location.
The indicated times are approximate and may change due to objective circumstances.
3. Maximum Statutory Period
Unless a delivery time is separately agreed upon, goods shall be delivered to the consumer no later than 30 calendar days from the conclusion of the contract.
4. Delay
In case of delivery delay, the consumer may give the merchant a reasonable additional period. If the goods are not delivered within this additional period, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract and demand a refund of the amount paid, as well as - in cases provided by law - compensation for damages.
5. Responsibility
The courier/carrier company is a person used by the merchant to fulfill the order. Accordingly, the merchant is responsible to the consumer for issues related to delivery, even when the delay or problem is caused by the courier company.
6. Delivery Cost
The cost of delivery and its amount are indicated when placing the order, in the final amount, before confirming payment.
This policy does not limit the consumer's rights provided for by the Georgian Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights".
