Shipping policy

1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after receiving the order confirmation.
2. Delivery Times

In Tbilisi: 2–3 business days after order processing.

In regions (outside Tbilisi): depending on the location, up to 3–4 business days after processing. The specified times are approximate and may change due to objective circumstances.
3. Maximum Term Established by Law If the delivery time is not separately agreed upon, the goods shall be delivered to the consumer no later than 30 calendar days from the conclusion of the contract.
4. Delay In the event of a delivery delay, the consumer may give the merchant a reasonable additional period. If the goods are still not delivered within this additional period, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract and demand a refund of the paid amount, as well as — in cases provided by law — compensation for damages.
5. Liability The courier/shipping company is a party used by the merchant to fulfill the order. Accordingly, the merchant is liable to the consumer for issues related to delivery even when the delay or problem is caused by the courier company.
6. Delivery Cost The delivery cost and its amount are indicated during the checkout process, included in the final total, before confirming the payment.
This policy does not limit the consumer's rights provided by the Law of Georgia "On Protection of Consumer Rights".
